Refund Policy:
We highly encourage all reservations to be made online via our online registration system. All RSVP's must be made on or before the date listed in the event. To receive a full refund the request to cancel your RSVP must be received on or before the date of the RSVP listed in the event. Partial refunds are not given. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. This helps to make our events much easier to manage and for you, and your, to keep better informed of any updates/changes that may occur. All refunds for dues and sold Shares will be in the form of a check that is mailed to you. Please be sure the address in your profile is up to date at all times.
