Guest Policy

Shareholders, Lease and Renters are welcome to bring guests to Mansion House Club (MHC). All guests must be accompanied by their host while on property.  Guest fees are $5/person and can be paid at the front desk. When there are incentive guest passes given to Shareholders, lease and rental families they can be registered for via the event page, and picked up at the front desk after the stated date of availability.  Please print your confirmation and QR code for easy scanning and pickup. Thank you.

• All guests must accompany a MHC dues-paying member in good standing 
• Member must remain on the property with his or her guest
• Anyone accompanying a member to MHC that does not fall under the direct parameters of your membership category, is considered to be a guest. (Please see MHC Membership Categories in the By-laws for clarification.)
• All guests must check in at the Pool front desk prior to using any MHC facilities.
• It is the responsibility of the accompanying member to make sure that their guests are aware of and follow all MHC rules and guidelines.
• Any unpaid guest usage of MHC facilities is the responsibility of the host member.
