2023 Volunteer Clean up Days - We need your help
Register to help clean up the Pool on 13 May. Please use the guest registration to add anyone else from your family that might be attending with you. If your children have friends that need to complete school Service Hours you can sign them up as your guests and they can fulfill their hours! WE need you to please register them as your guest so we know how many people need hours.

If you have the chance and can spare an hour or so, please register to help get the pool ready for opening day! Volunteers who come and help will be rewarded, keep reading!

The annual Opening Volunteer Day are scheduled for:
13 May 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
13 May 2022 at 12:00 p.m.

Only have an hour, that's ok, we would love to see you and need the help!
This is an opportunity for all shareholders to volunteer their time by helping to prepare the the property, clubhouse, and pool area for a successful opening!

HEY KIDS - NEED SERVICE HOURS FOR SCHOOL? MHC is a 501c (3) non-profit organization. We are an excellent organization for anyone looking to complete their community service hours. Please be sure to bring the sheet or print out a sheet that has your name and the schools/organizations information on it, and the community service hours you are needing to fill. This way our President (Jeff) will know who he will be receiving calls from, and can correctly verify the work hours put in by each student/member or guest. Helping to clean up and get to know your pool helps to build a greater sense of pride in the community you belong to.

There are a variety of tasks that need to be completed, and while some supplies will be on hand, shareholders are welcome to bring their own. Please let us know if you can make it by registering for this event (log in using your email and password), this will help us know how many Shareholders are going to be helping out.

Opening Volunteer Day Tasks

·      Weed flower beds around club house
·      Weed rocks alongside of pool
·      Ensure Guard shack is cleaned out
·      Wash out garbage cans / keg holders in back of guard shack
·      Wash out items under pavilion
·      Throw away garbage and unusable items / trash
·      Throw away dead bamboo
·      Clean up parking lot
·      Wash windows
·      Clean and organize kitchen
·      Wipe down shelves and countertop
·      Clean refrigerator
·      Clean oven
·      Clean microwave
·      Take down coolers and wash them out
·      Make sure basketball hoop is filled and in position
·      Clean furniture
·      Clean bathrooms
·      Clean couches
·      Front desk
·      Bulletin board
·      Paint white inside clubhouse
·      Windows in bathroom
·      Clean tennis court area
·      Clean grills
·      Back deck
·      Mop floors

If you would like more information about how you can volunteer, please do not hesitate to reach out! Volunteers that come out to help will receive extra guest passes for the season, but you can only receive them if you show-up and help.
